With Kadarka Tonkovi\u0107 Fantazija 2012, they made a pasta carbonara with a swordfish, and with Kadarka Tonkovi\u0107 Rhapsody in 2013, they made a Dalmatian saber with spicy flavored polenta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kadarka is an old Pannonian black variety originating from Skadar Lake. In the 19th century, it was one of the leading varieties of Vojvodina and Slavonia until the middle of the 20th century.
