The harvest took four days. However, optimal sugars, acids and phenolic maturity were achieved in the fourth week of September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vinarijatonkovic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/blog-berba-2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vinarijatonkovic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/blog-berba-2-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.vinarijatonkovic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/blog-berba-2-200x133.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.vinarijatonkovic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/blog-berba-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.vinarijatonkovic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/blog-berba-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.vinarijatonkovic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/blog-berba-2.jpg 1440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s harvest was characterised by intermittent spells of warm and rainy weather, which helped the vines to avoid summer stress. The whole of September was dry and warm, but not too hot, so the grapes ripened excellently. Apart from that, the yields, to which we pay special attention and must never exceed 1 kilogram per vine, reached their upper limit. What is of utmost importance is that the grapes were completely healthy this year.
